Admission Process for Xtraokids
At Xtraokids, we strive to make the admission process smooth and convenient for parents. Follow these simple steps to enroll your child:

Inquiry & Tour – Parents are encouraged to visit our center for a tour to learn about our programs, facilities, and curriculum.

Application Form – Complete the admission form, which can be obtained from our office or online.

Submission of Documents – Provide the required documents, including:

Birth certificate
Immunization records
Emergency contact details
Any medical or special needs information
Interview & Assessment – A brief meeting with the child and parents to understand the child’s needs and ensure a smooth transition.

Enrollment & Payment – Upon acceptance, parents will receive an admission confirmation and be required to pay the registration and tuition fees.

Orientation & Start Date – A welcome session will be scheduled to introduce the child and parents to our routines, teachers, and environment before the official start date.
